Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

  • Mushka offers a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your goods.
  • To qualify a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing, and it must be in the same condition that you got it. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start processing with the return, please fill out the returns for, alternatively, please send an email to dayrobyn70@gmail.com
  • If your return is accepted, you must return the item(s) to us via courier.

Defects

  • Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you detect any faults or if you receive the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Items that are not returnable or refundable
    Only products with flaws or that are inaccurate may be returned.
  • We are unable to accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • Because fabric patterns sell out rapidly, the quickest approach to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will inform you once we have received and reviewed your returned item(s) whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, you will be reimbursed. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process the payment.
